Lisnave is a yard based in Setúbal, Portugal, and Syncview have been working with Lisnave in the past few years creating and producing drone footage to document the dry docking process that occurs there.

WHAT IT IS DRY DOCKING?

The process of dry-docking refers to when a vessel is taken to the service yard and brought to dry land so that submerged portions of the hull can be cleaned and inspected. This work is both preventative as well as a regulatory requirement within the industry.

Normally the surveys of the vessels happen each 5 years.
