Corporate event photography and video in Lisbon is the heart of Syncview's work. I photograph and film conferences, congresses, company conventions, summits, galas and brand activations, from the opening keynote to the after-party, always with the discretion a serious event demands and the fast delivery communication needs.

Team and geographical reach
For larger events I build a team of two or more professionals, photographers and videographers, to cover the stage, breakout rooms, networking and the exhibition at the same time.
I work regularly in Lisbon, in venues ranging from Pavilhão Carlos Lopes to hotels and convention centres, and I travel with clients to events in other cities and abroad, including international summits in Brussels.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to photograph a corporate event in Lisbon?
It depends on the duration, the size of the event and what needs to be delivered. I work by half day, full day and multi-day event, with different rates for photography, video or both together. I send a quote quickly once I know the date, the venue and the duration.
When do I receive the photos?
If you need to publish during the event, I send edited photos over Wi-Fi throughout the day. Full delivery is ready the next day for one-day events, and up to 72 hours after the end for multi-day conferences. If you need everything faster, say so at quotation stage, because it is almost always possible.
Do you do photography and video at the same event?
Yes. At larger events with a team dedicated to each area, and at smaller events with a single-operator solution, which has limitations that I explain clearly before going ahead.
Do you work outside Lisbon?
Yes, across the country and abroad.
Do you film with a drone?
Yes, with a certified operator and within the legal framework of the location. In Lisbon there are restricted zones, and that is checked before any proposal.
