Corporate portraits are the image a company introduces itself with: on the website, in the annual report, in a client presentation and on every person's profile. I shoot corporate portraits and LinkedIn headshots in Lisbon and Setúbal, for whole teams, for leadership and for individual profiles.
I work with a studio set up at your offices, or in a real environment (office, factory, library, street) when the context is part of the message. Below you'll find what I photograph, how a session runs, what you receive at the end and the questions I am asked most often.

How a portrait session runs
Briefing before the session
We define the framing (head and shoulders, half body or full body), the background, the dress code and where the images will be used. That is what determines the setup I bring.
Studio set up on site
I set up a temporary studio at your offices, with a backdrop and controlled lighting. Nobody has to travel and the session fits between meetings.
Session in time blocks
For large teams I schedule the session in blocks of a few minutes per person, with a timetable. A team of thirty gets done in a day without stopping the office.
Pose direction
Few people enjoy being photographed. I direct the pose and the expression step by step, show the result on the spot and adjust until the person recognises themselves in the image.
A repeatable setup
I keep the lighting and framing parameters from the session. Anyone who joins the company months later is photographed with the same setup, and the team gallery stays coherent.
Access and confidentiality
Used to safety rules in industrial facilities and to non-disclosure agreements, when the location requires them.
What is included
- SelectionI select the best images of each person. When the client wants to decide, I send a selection gallery before the final edit.
- Post-productionColour, exposure and framing correction, with discreet post-production so each person still looks like themselves.
- FormatsHigh-resolution file for print, a web-optimised version and a square crop ready for team profiles.
- TurnaroundDelivery within five working days of the session. If you need a few images sooner, say which ones, because it is almost always possible.
- Online galleryOnline gallery with direct download, so each person can fetch their own portrait without going through whoever organised the session.
- UsageThe usage terms are set out in writing in the proposal, before the session.
Where I shoot
I work in Lisbon and Setúbal, usually at the client's premises, and I travel with teams to other cities when the company has offices spread out.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a corporate portrait session cost?
It depends on the number of people and where the session happens. One person costs differently from a team of thirty, because the setup time is the same but spreads over many more portraits. Tell me how many people and where, and I send a quote quickly.
How long does it take per person?
Between five and ten minutes per person once the studio is set up, which is what makes a whole team feasible in one day. For portraits with more direction, or when you want more than one framing and background, allow twenty to thirty minutes.
Do we have to go to a studio?
No. I have no fixed studio: I set the studio up at your offices, or shoot in a real environment when you want the context visible. The session happens where the team already is, which cuts the time each person loses.
What should people wear?
I send simple guidance before the session. Solid colours work best, without tight patterns, along with the dress code the company actually uses day to day, so the portrait does not look staged.
Does the same portrait work for LinkedIn and the website?
Yes. The same photograph gives you the square crop for the profile and a wider version for the website, the report and the press.
Can we add people later?
Yes. I keep the session parameters and photograph anyone who joins later with the same setup, so the new portrait fits the gallery without standing out.
Book a sessionDo you also record video portraits?
Yes. When a short testimonial or presentation on video is needed, I record it on the same visit with the studio already set up.
