Photographic reportage for Pingo Doce's Sabe Bem magazine, in its Producers feature, at a greenhouse tomato farm in Portugal's Oeste region. We documented the whole story behind the tomato that reaches the supermarket: natural pollination good practices using bumblebees, the different tomato varieties, the grower's daily work in the greenhouse, the harvest, the sorting warehouse and the technology and traceability in the process.
